Can I use my existing Windows Active Directory?

YES – We set up a site to site VPN into your dedicated environment and add a connector for single sign-on.

Can we use our existing Remote Desktop Servers?

YES – SkyDesk 365 integrates with existing on-premise remote desktop servers.

How much do App servers cost?

It depends on how big of a server you need. A small file/app server can be as low as $50/month. The SkyDesk 365 engineering team will work with you to establish server size before you sign anything so you have a full understanding of costs.

Are VPN's to our offices supported?

YES – SkyDesk can establish site-to-site VPN’s using IPSEC which is supported by most business-class routers/firewalls.

Can we have a dedicated connection?

YES – SkyDesk 365 currently supports dedicated connections into AWS and Azure as low as 50Mbps.

Do you support Google G-Suite?

Yes – You can use G-Suite, or any other email hosting provider. The cloud storage and compliance components provided with your SkyDesk 365 subscription are with Office 365 services.

Are there options for less than 25 users?

YES – SkyDesk 365 has a shared hosting environment designed for smaller businesses. Contact us to find out more.

What public cloud hosting providers are supported?

Currently, SkyDesk 365 utilizes Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Microsoft Azure. Google Cloud (GCP) is on our radar.

How much do dedicated power user workspaces cost?

Fully managed dedicated workspaces range from $60 to $155 per month depending on the size of workspace and the plan selected.

Do users have administrator control of dedicated worspaces?

YES – If you want them too. We can also lock them down so they cannot do anything. During the onboarding process, we design the security level you want them to have by individual user or groups of users.

Is custom branding available?

Yes – SkyDesk 365 will use your logo and a customize login URL dedicated to your company.

Where are your data centers located?

SkyDesk uses AWS and Azure infrastructure. We build your environment in a region close to you to keep latency low. We can also build it in a region or regions you select as long as that region has all the service we need to build your environment.
